Bruce E. Flyak

Bruce graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration in Accounting and has extensive experience in the areas of auditing and assurance services, financial reporting, fraud, and internal control reviews. Bruce oversees the firm’s auditing department and is responsible for the quality control oversight for all auditing and attestation engagements. He prides himself in providing timely and quality service to all of his clients and has helped several clients identify and remedy control issues and improve business efficiencies. Bruce is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Builders Association of Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania, and the Boardman Civics Association. He is also President of the Boardman High School Athletic Boosters.

James E. Hunter

Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from The Ohio State University and has more than 25 years of experience providing tax and accounting services to large professional corporations and partnerships. Jim is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the AICPA Business Valuation and Forensic & Litigation Services Section.

Mitchel Ramos

Mitch is a Certified Public Accountant with a Masters in Accounting and Taxation from Florida Gulf Coast University. He has extensive experience in developing and executing estate and trust service strategies aimed to minimize income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax exposure as well as maximize multigenerational asset protection. Mitch also seeks to provide creative and effective outsourced CFO services to growing businesses and takes pride in offering the highest quality services for all engagements. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Marci Reutimann

CPA, Partner In Charge

Marci received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Florida. She is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Peer Reviewer, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the FICPA Peer Review Committee. She has extensive experience in the areas of audit and assurance, payroll services, peer reviews, estate and trust services, IRS representation, tax preparation and planning, and valuation services. Marci enjoys taking a hands-on approach with her clients to help them solve problems and achieve their personal and business goals.

Brian Anaya

Brian has a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Capital University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Valuation Analyst, and is Accredited in Business Valuations. With his nearly 25 years of public accounting and private industry experience, Brian provides a wide range of services to his clients including accounting, auditing, tax planning, business valuations, cash flow projections, budgeting and forecasting, buy-sell negotiations, and assistance with bank financing. Brian enjoys working with business owners to help them solve problems and achieve their personal and business financial goals. He often brings value to the table by pointing out ways to reduce costs and enhance profitability. Brian is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also on the Board of Trustees for St. Joseph Montessori School and a member of the German Village Society.

Daniel G. Perry

A graduate of Youngstown State University, Dan has been providing accounting and business consultation services to all types of clientele for nearly 30 years. In addition to his senior leadership role within the firm, Dan offers his knowledge and expertise to his valued clients with an emphasis on organizational structure and overhead sharing arrangements, buy-sell issues, profit enhancement, debt restructuring, and financing. Over the years, he has formed many solid relationships with regional bankers and attorneys, which allows him to assist with financing opportunities and other small business concerns. Dan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also on the Board of Directors for the Golisano Children’s Museum of Naples and the East Naples Business Group, and is a new member of the Collier Building Industry Association.

Debbie Liggett-Dixon

Debbie leads DGPerry’s Tax Advisory Services. She received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Youngstown State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a member of the AICPA, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Debbie is an experienced tax professional with a demonstrated history of working in the accounting industry. She is exceptionally skilled in the areas of state, local, federal and international taxation and truly enjoys maximizing available tax credits and incentives for her clients. She is well versed in tax legislation and keeps the DGPerry team well-informed of available opportunities for clients.

Paul M. Fullerman

CPA/ABV, CGMA, Partner

Paul brings over 15 years of both public accounting and private industry experience in various industries including not-for-profit, manufacturing, distribution, service, construction, and restaurants as well as business valuations and employee benefit plan audits. Paul graduated from Lake Erie College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and began his career performing audits, taxes and consulting work for small to medium sized companies. He also worked at a large regional CPA firm performing audits, business valuations, and consulting work. Prior to joining Bodine Perry, Paul also worked in the accounting department at JP Morgan Chase. Paul is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Ohio Society of CPAs, the Florida Institute of CPAs, the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, the Ohio Contractors Association Finance Committee, the New Albany Chamber of Commerce Leadership Planning Committee, the Income Tax Review Board of the City of New Albany, Ohio, and the Red Shoe Society of the Ronald McDonald House of Central Ohio.

Deborah M. Remias

Debbie has more than 30 years of experience and a strong background in auditing and corporate, individual and partnership taxation. Upon graduation from Mount Union College, she began her career in public accounting. Debbie has a strong knowledge of payroll and tax laws, as well as accounting software implementation and training, projections and forecasts, and IRS representation. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Donald L. Robinson

CPA, Partner

Don has been in public accounting for nearly 50 years. He has extensive experience working with small to medium-sized businesses in various industries and professions. His primary focus is working with McDonald’s Owner Operators. Don actually attended Hamburger University to potentially become a Franchisee himself, but made the decision to use his accounting and business skills to serve as their trusted advisor instead. He provides tax, accounting and consulting services including business valuations, cash-flow projections, negotiations regarding buying and selling restaurants, tax planning and projections, and assistance with bank financing. He has formed many life-long business relationships and personal friendships while providing invaluable advice and unmatched experience. He is graduate of Marshall University, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, and founding member of the National Franchise Consultants and Accountants (NFCA), an Organization made up of nine CPA firms who collectively represent over 1200 McDonald’s Owner Operators and 5800 restaurants nationwide.

Justin D. Yost

Justin received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Malone University and has more than 14 years of public accounting experience in corporate, individual, and partnership taxation. He is a certified public accountant and a certified valuation analyst. His clientele represents a variety of entities in all areas of business, with strong backgrounds in construction and professional services. Justin is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, as well as Austintown Rotary.  Justin was previously a treasurer on the Board of the Salvation Army of Mahoning County and a former president of the Trumbull County Chapter of the Builders Association of Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.

Barbara A. Runser

A graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, Barbara has been in public accounting for nearly 30 years. Barbara has extensive experience in providing accounting, tax and consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses. Her primary focus is working with McDonald’s Owner Operators. She oversees their monthly accounting requirements, provides ongoing tax planning, business valuations, cash-flow projections, and succession planning. She assists with purchases and sales of restaurants and bank financing. She has formed many long-lasting working relationships while helping her clients reach their personal and business financial goals. Barbara is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is a board member and treasurer for National Franchise Consultants and Accountants and a volunteer for Ronald McDonald House Charities.
